My research interests include transnational social movements and NGOs, political economy, corporate power and democracy. I have a B.A. in Anthropology from Wesleyan University, and and M.S. in Global Studies from Lund University in Sweden.
At Lund University, I worked as a Research Assistant with Dr. Catia Gregoratti on a project analyzing NGO participation in the drafting of UN Principles for Business and Human Rights. My Master's thesis was a fieldwork study on collective identity among activists at the World Social Forum. I am currently looking at organizing around multilateral trade agreements, particularly the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP).
